We help children to develop key areas such as listening skills, goal setting, leadership and confidence.  Plus, our instructors are experts at making all kids feel like champions.  Anti-Bullying programme (BJJ for kids) also available.

KARATE-JITSU (13 yrs & over)
Karate Jitsu is a mixed martial arts system comprising of a variety of fighting & self defence moves including Karate, Jiu Jitsu and Reality Based Self Defence. Budoshinkai translated means 'the true way of the warrior'.

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU (15yrs & over)
This martial arts employs holds, throws, joint locking manipulation & chokes to subdue or disable an opponent. Jiu Jitsu does not rely on strength but rather skill, leverage, finesse & flexibility.   There are three basic aspects to learning BJJ. First is learning individual positioning & submission techniques. Second is drilling in which individual techniques are practiced in combination in order to develop proper technique. Third is wrestling (rolling).

KICKBOXING (13yrs & over)
The popular martial art and sport of kicking and punching.  Do it for self-defense, general fitness or as a full-contact sport.

MMA (15yrs & over)
MMA is the fusion between the stand-up fighting & ground fighting components. MMA has become increasingly popular over the last few years as a result of the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) cage fighting promotions - should be done in conjunction with Kickboxing and/or BJJ to train up in the other components of MMA. 

LADIES FITNESS KICKBOXING (10 yrs & over)
This activity is exclusively for women who just want to get in shape and stay in shape whilst having a bit of fun.  It is challenging but not too strenuous - just enough to keep the motivation going to keep buring off those calories.
